Please bear in mind that because our products are hand-made to order, and the factory is currently working under COVID-19 restrictions combined with significant delays in the delivery of casing and fillings due to the impact COVID-19 has had on the shipping industry, they will take about 6 - 8 weeks to arrive. 

We do of course understand that it is hard to plan to be at home to take delivery, which is why our online check-out includes a box for 'delivery instructions'. We would ask you to record instructions for the courier in case nobody is home to receive the order. Please also note that orders are delivered on weekdays only.

Standard delivery rates are £7.95 per order, which is waived for all orders over £70 when delivered to a mainland address in the UK. Please note that additional costs apply to some Scottish islands and the Republic of Ireland as follows:
  • Delivery costs for the Scottish islands with post codes HS, ZE, IV4 IV51 IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15, PA4, PA6, PA7, PH4 are £18 per order.
  • Delivery costs for the Republic of Ireland are £25 per order.


While we hope that you will be delighted with your new bedding, we understand that on occasion items may need to be returned.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify all issues as quickly as possible, prior to any return.

Under our guarantee scheme you are entitled to return all goods within 7 days from their receipt, on the condition that they are packaged, undamaged and un-used. Unless the merchandise is faulty, we cannot, for hygiene and safety reasons, exchange or accept the return of duvets, mattress covers and pillows which have been opened and used.

If you intend to return any goods please notify us by telephone (0800 8799 269) or email ( before dispatching them. Upon satisfactory return of the goods we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.

For all returns we ask you to use registered post. Please retain proof of postage.
