About Deliveries

Our duvets and some of the bedding items are made to order which means that we cannot normally dispatch your order immediately. Orders normally take about one to two weeks to deliver, some orders are fulfilled quicker than 1 week but during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. the run-up to Christmas) orders can take two-three weeks to deliver.  Please give us a call if you have a specific date by which you need the bedding to arrive.

We understand that this makes it hard for you to plan to be at home to collect the delivery, for this reason our check-out includes a box for 'delivery instructions'. It is important that you use this to record instructions telling the courier what to do if there’s no one at home to receive the order (e.g. “please leave with one of my neighbours”).  Please note that orders are delivered on week days only.

Our standard delivery rates are £7.95 per order, although this charge is waived for all orders over £70 when delivery is to a mainland GB address (i.e. England, Scotland and Wales, excluding the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland).   

Delivery costs for the Scottish islands are £18.
Delivery costs for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are £25. 

Returning an Item

We hope that you will be delighted with your new bedding but we understand that occasionally items may need to be returned.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods or service you have received please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify all issues as quickly as possible (prior to any return of goods).

Under European legislation you are entitled to return all goods under our guarantee scheme within 7 days from receipt of the goods, they shall be packaged, undamaged and un-used.  With the exception of faulty merchandise, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot exchange or accept the return of duvets, mattress covers and pillows which have been opened and used. 

If you intend to return any goods to us please notify us by telephone (0800 8799 269) or email ( before sending the goods back to us.   Upon satisfactory return of the goods we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.

For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights
